Our team is here to help you with your order. For returns or exchanges, please fill in the form below. We will process your request within 72 working hours.
- You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make a support request.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the original label, protection and packaging.
- You have 7 days to pay delivery charges and return your parcel.
- Only one exchange is authorized per order.
- Any request not complying with these conditions will be automatically cancelled and cannot be renewed.
- 808 VISION covers 50% of delivery costs, the rest is your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
- For items under 40€, the delivery costs are entirely at your expense, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
- You will receive an e-mail within 72 working hours with the exact amount of the charges and the steps to follow to make the return or exchange.
- If the fee is refused, the return or exchange request will be automatically cancelled and cannot be renewed.
- The refund and/or shipment of the exchanged item will be made within 2 to 3 working days of receipt of the parcel.
